Refund and return Policy

At Jewelryforprint we take quality seriously and we are always looking to keep our customers satisfied with their purchases, for that mater we have provided an email for the clients to request any quality-related issue within 7 days after the purchase and should follow the demands bellow:

• The product does not match the photo or the description attached with it.
• All or one of the downloaded files are damaged or missing.
• The digital file has not been downloaded for some reason.

Please note that all products in our website are digital, so we will not offer refunds if you thought the products is physical .

When requesting a refund, please, indicate the purchase order number, the problem encountered.

After receiving a refund request, Jewelryforprint commits to process the request within 3 business days. In case of a refund, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.
